1.0 General
This database includes all the voluntary consensus, government unique, private industry, and international standards referenced in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Some page displays may list the Acronym NDG that represents No Date Given.
2.0 Printer Friendly
The Printer Friendly link provides a separate window with all the SIBR records for the selected search criteria. This printer friendly window can be used to print the result set, copy and paste all or part of the result set to another application, or search the result set for a specific text string.
- To print the result set select Print from the File Drop Down menu in the browser.
- To search the result set select Find from the Edit Drop Down menu in the browser.
- To copy and paste data from the result set to another application use one of the following otpions:
1) For the entire result set select Select All from the Edit Drop Down menu in the browser and then Copy from the Edit Drop Down menu.
2) For parts of the result set highlight a portion of the result set and then select Copy from the Edit Drop Down menu.
Complete the operation by switching to the destination application and pasting the copied data.
3.0 Searching
The SIBR Database has an extensive searching capability, however there may be times where a large result set may need to be searched for a specific SIBR record. There are two methods to accomplish this task and they are described below:
- From the main Procurement or Regulatory page use the Keyword search feature to find specific SIBR records records that contain the entered text string.
- Use the Printer Friendly search feature described in Section 2.0 above to search for a specifc SIBR record in a result set.
